The internal communication app designed for passenger transport
On the road or away from the depot, drivers have little time for the administrative side of their job, and the information posted in the sign-on room often passes them by. Inlink sends it straight to their work or personal phone.
Internal communication, every day,
wherever you are
A detour to announce before the shift
Roadworks, a demonstration, a moved stop: you write the announcement once and send it to the line, depot or team concerned. Read receipts show who has read it.

An updated operating document
Schedules, service notes and instructions are available in the app. Drivers are notified of every update and always see the latest version, with no paper in the sign-on room.

Everything about Inlink before getting started
The questions operators ask us most often. Yours isn't here?
Ask us directlyWhat is Inlink?
Inlink is Hubup's internal communication app, designed for passenger transport networks. It carries announcements, operating documents, requests and reports between operations and drivers, on Android or iOS smartphones, with an operator portal to manage it all.
Do drivers have to use their personal phone?
No. Inlink can be installed on a work smartphone or, on a voluntary basis, on the driver's personal phone. Access is individual and secure, and each employee chooses what they turn on.
How do I know whether a piece of information has been read?
Each announcement can be sent to the whole network or to a specific group (a depot, a line, a team), with read receipts. You can then follow up with those who haven't read it.
Does Inlink integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. The solution can be customized and integrated with tools such as Gescar, ABC Planning, HappyPal or Digiposte, as well as your works council (CSE) and your scheduling software.
Can we order Inlink without issuing a call for tenders?
Inlink is listed by the Centrale d'achat du transport public (CATP), the French public transport purchasing centre. Member public buyers can order through it without running their own tender.
How do we go fully paperless?
Schedules, service notes and instructions are posted in Inlink and sorted into folders. Drivers are notified of every update and always see the latest version. Requests (leave, shift swaps, vehicle check-out) are made through forms in the app. A shared tablet can also be set up in the sign-on room.
