Maëva Briolais, Business Developer North West at Hubup

I first came across Hubup thanks to Nicolas, our former Product Owner, who reached out to me to provide operational support on the Olympic and Paralympic Games project. After this enriching summer experience, I had the opportunity to continue the adventure with Hubup through a work-study program in web development.

After a few months as a web development apprentice at Hubup, I quickly realized that coding just wasn’t for me. What really motivated me was human connection, building client relationships, and project management aspects I clearly missed in my daily work. Luckily, Hubup gave me the opportunity to join the sales team. Today, I truly feel in the right place: I’m passionate about my role and I enjoy my work so much more.

Today, I work as an Account Manager for the North-West region. My role is to support clients every step of the way. Right from our first conversations, I take the time to listen, understand their needs, and help them shape their project into something tangible. And once implementation begins, I don't just step away, I remain involved for ongoing support, guidance, and adjustments. Simply put, I'm their go-to person throughout the entire project.

My hidden talent? Curiosity about the world! I love traveling, discovering new cultures, trying new foods, and getting lost in breathtaking landscapes. When I’m not planning my next trip, you’ll usually find me doing something creative paintbrush in hand, beads scattered across the table, or completely absorbed in a good book.
